Project Properties Workflow Actions

While in edit mode, Proliance displays the workflow action recommended by the sender of the document at the top of the page. You can use the Workflow button to change or select an action if none was recommended. For more information, see "Performing a Workflow Action".

Open this project for procurement if your company decides to invest resources.

When you first create a project, your company may not have a finalized contract. However, you record it in Proliance because it may result in a potential new project. Pursuing a project with this state indicates that negotiations and bidding are taking place.

Activate the project after being awarded the contract. After a project has been accepted and activated, you will be able to add documents to this project.
